House Salad - Spring mix tossed with a tomato wedge, sliced onion and Euro cucumber finished with a raspberry vinaigrette.
Chicken Chasseur - 6 oz chicken breast pan sauteed with fresh thymes, shallots, diced mushrooms and tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce.
Wild Atlantic Salmon - grilled and finished with a roasted red pepper pesto-served with saffron rice and veggie of the day.
